What is special about VEDIC courses?
Are VEDIC courses certified?
VEDIC courses are accredited by RTMNU (DLL &E ,Nagpur University) and some courses are accredited by NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation).
VEDIC Certification: Students pursuing ITI, Diploma, Degree (UG), PG and other program at various RTMNU affiliate institutes will get the benefit of course credits transfer. Students will get Certification from Ordnance Factory, Ambajhari on completion of their Certification course or On Job Training (OJT). VEDIC skill courses are also open for non-technical students with 2-months of Theory and Concept sessions and/or 1-month OJT.

Can course fees be refunded?
No fees once paid will be refunded if trainees discontinue the course in between
Can Hostel or stay arrangements be done for outstation candidates?
Accommodation facility for the outstation trainees can be arranged at very subsidized rates at OF, Ambajhari premises (i.e. Type- 2 Quarters) with prior permissions . This facility will be subject to minimum 10 or more than 10 students enrolling for the course are from  cities other than Nagpur.
Stipand ( if any during the training)?
No stipend is offered from VEDIC side for undergoing any trainings . The trainees can opt to work with industries part time and earn stipend if they desire. For this the trainees need to acquire or possess relevant practical knowledge for industries to engage them.
What are placement opportunities after doing the course at VEDIC?
 VDIH is associated with several large organizations and corporate in Aerospace & Defence Sector to facilitate placement assistance to the successful trainees. All trainees will get Placement Assistance in terms of internship/apprenticeship/job after successful certification of their registered courses. We are associated with 15 companies who ready take skilled manpower. Companies like Mahindra & Mahindra Tassal, Brahmos, Indemar , Solar Industries Ltd. , Dassault & many more.
I am already in job, what benefit will I get?
You will acquire additional skill set which will help you get better job opportunities in defence , also you will be benefited by RTMNU’s 13 credits.
Can non-technical or commerce, arts field background student opt this course ?
Yes, any educational background student can opt this course. Our eligibility criteria is 10th ,12th  , Undergraduates , Graduates or Dropouts from any field can learn this course .
